    Надписи и орёл наложены криво (пересекаются с зазорами).
    Расположение на кузове надписи с указанием города и орла неестественно для полиции России.
    Шрифт надписей вообще не похож на Arial, используемый спецслужбами России.

    The inscriptions and the eagle are superimposed crookedly (intersect with gaps).
    The location of the inscription on the body indicating the city and the eagle is unnatural for the Russian police.
    The font of the inscriptions does not look at all like the Arial used by the Russian special services.
