  Nice idea! Since there are a ton of late-1980s Audi 80s and Renault 19s where I come from, which are probably rusting out, I might make a rusty skin for the '89 Pessima, since it's similar in size. For the '99 one, I am not so sure, but still, there are some rusty '90s cars around, so why not?

Very nice for a skin! I love rusted looks as you can make the car look like you took it out a junkyard and instantly started joyriding it.

Looks really nice, great stuff!

Also, in relation to the issue of the rust changing colour it is possible to fix this. Create a colourpalettemap for the body colour and set the rust up as a third diffuse map. You can also adjust the reflectivity of the rust by adjusting some values in the materials.cs for a more realistic effect. AFAIK this is done in the vanilla rusty skins (although I haven't checked myself). Maybe unpack those and see how they are done.

  Thanks! I tried doing just that, but it seems the color map texture ITSELF is different (the color map is based on the normal burnside_d/s/n textures while the livery map is on its own, which is shaped differently.)

In the upcoming days mod approvals could be slower than normal.
