Hit K or press the interior button and you'll have a transforming rear section. I don't know how to set the Jato thrusters to only work when deployed, so you'll just have to use how you want. In the tuning menu there's "push amount" to adjust thrust amount. It also has fast moving hydraulic suspension.
This mod uses a bunch of dependencies, but some of it will work without it.
