This is really cool! I love the idea!
But I'm having a problem. When I add the rockets to a stock Scintilla, they don't push the car, even when I increase the push amount. But when I put them on the Acquarossa Scintilla [which is a mod], they work.
What else do I have to equip for the rockets to work?

All it needs are a set of hidden weaponries then its a Bond car

yo this is so cool, now something that would be awesome for the city bus: the Jatos would extend out of the sides but would be hidden behind panels that break off once you extend the Jatos

Haven't tried it yet but i have never seen something like this.
