Upper Silesia is a region currently divided between Poland and Czech Republic. This mod contains a design of license plates for a hypothetical country of Upper Silesia.

License plate number generation
Default license plate number is generated in "XX-999999" format. Dash "-" is used to display the Coat of Arms of Upper Silesia.

This is my first mod which is in an early development stage. Currently it contains a standard, customizable plate design for EU and US size license plates.
