Have you ever wanted to stick the car number on your race car? Have you ever wanted to make some signs on your windsheild for realism? This is the pack you need (although now it only support a few vehicles, but i'll add more).

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    How this work?
The pack copies the glass panels' models in the blender to create a new layer. Then the new layers are given new textures. Using the glowmap you can change what texture is on the glass.
(I know this is not clear but you can actually ignore it because it doesn't effect your use)

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How to use it (what really effects your use):
    1. In the mod file, you can find these folders (not the Burnside because sth got wrong with it). These are the vehicles available. In this tutorial i'll use the BX.
(All the "BX" in the following words should be changed to the vehicle name you are making a decal for)

    2. After you open the vehicle folder, you can see these files. Everything out of the template folder shouldn't be changed. Now create a new folder in the BX folder, name it to the skinname you want (the same you do when creating a new skin).
    upload_2025-7-3_8-26-14.png

    3. Open your new folder, copy the files from the template folder into it (you have to choose which body style to use, of course you can have both).

(I decided to make one for the hatch version, so i only kept the files for hatch.)
Now rename all the "template" to the folder name you gave (for me, tutorial)
All "tutorial" mentioned below means using your skin name there

    4. Open these files.

In the picture is how these files look like, you should replace all the "template" with "tutorial".

    5. Now in the BX folder, open the bx_glassdecals_hatch.png, this is the uv for the hatch glass. Draw you decals on it just like ou're making skins.
    2025-07-03091433.png
So this is a tutorial decal, save it as bx_tutorial_hatch.dds

    2025-07-03091508.png
Now make the opacity map,you can choose the decals, create a new layer under it and paint the selected parts white, while the other black.
The white parts are the not-see-through parts on the glass (the decals), the black ones are the see-through parts (not covered by the decals).

    6. Go in the game ,spawn a BX, open part selector and in "Additional Modification", choose the glass decal you made. The decals should show on the glass.
(I'm not allowed to post more immages to show it).

A video tutorial is on recording, but i need more time to figure out how to record the game and my voice.

Thank you for downloading, enjoy! :)
By the way, thanks PZM for sharing the idea and allow me to put this on repo.
(He made this on his AionS mod, very good mod, worth trying:))
