They said it couldn't be done. But guess what - we did it anyway. A 500kg track car.
It produces 104 horsepower out of a turbocharged 600cc V6 engine, and the entire car is made of carbon fibre; from the chassis and panels to the rims and wings. It's got front wheel drive with 65% of the weight over the front wheels, meaning you can slide the back out and handbrake turn your way through just about anything.
Remember; letting the back out a bit in a corner gets you better lap times in a performance FWD.
Now please give us your money because we bankrupted the SKY Industries carbon fibre department trying to build this thing.
