Adds Small block to ETK-l

    There is configs for you to use if you do not want to tune!
    Shout out to the creator of the model Chris Kuhn all i did was edit the exhaust and make it fit the I series

    as you have a fender exaust, will you make a special cut hole for the pipe so it doesnt just go through a solid object
