This is the Sonar E, a small budget hatchback.
This car is meant to be somewhat like a Hyundai Kona but with an FWD setup + more sportiness.
It has a 5-cylinder turbo which is somewhat sporty but still doesn't drive that great. It shares the fascia design with the Sonar C.
