Speed Warning System 1.1

after i implement into my car mods (in this case i test with my LEXUS LBX Mod) it's good to be chimed and keep me from sleepy situations in amused ways beyond 120 km/h.

Finally, appreciation for Indian vehicles. This will go perfectly with the Phool Start and the Indian market models of the Autron mods. Also I'm surprised that there's even anywhere in India that you can go fast enough to require a speed warning, due to their traffic being terrible in terms of congestion and gridlocks but hey, still a fun detail to add to what few Indian vehicles we do have in Beam.
