designed to articulate under braking and steering. Yes the wing is facing the right way, as it's meant to pull the car down to the unladened wheel like other companies like Zenvo, Pagani, and even Lamborghini (though they use small air ducts to achieve this) do.
there's good and bad points to these kinds of designs, though the best thing about it is that it looks cool! (to stabilise it, it does have connections to the rear glass, and will move it... I'm sorry)
