Super Powerful Scintilla 1.0

So it all started with the BeamNG discord. A dude was asking why his car self-resets every time he crash.

Apparently this would explain it...
So yeah, the mod he was using is basically broken. When I suggested just using vanilla vehicles instead, he replied "but it's fast", and indeed he is right. The car apparently can reach 300mph (483kph if you are a science nerd like me and enjoys the simplicity of SI units) which isn't really common for vanilla vehicles.
I therefore came up with an idea: why don't we just make vanilla vehicles super powerful so that they are also as fast as these random modded vehicles but without any of the downsides of the crappy JBeams and textures and materials featured in these mods?
And here we are with this monster of a car: the Super Scintilla.

Featuring a heavily modified 5.0 V10 engine that produces over 4000PS (4243PS to be precise), an ECU that allows it to rev as high as 10k RPM, and a radiator that could cool an exploding nuke down, the Super Scintilla can easily reach 400mph in a straight line. In terms of cornering, thanks to the vanilla JBeam, as long as you are super careful with throttle control, it's no different from a regular Scintilla (which still kinda sucks lol)
This car doesn't have a rear spoiler because it is discovered that the downforce added by a spoiler would crush the rear suspension and make your car 3-wheeled at ~350mph(563kph), so I just completely removed it.
KNOWN ISSUES: The front wheels will completely collapse at ~670kph along with the front axles, so avoid actually driving it that fast.

I would consider this as being sub-optimal...
