Outdated SuperDragon1026's engine and transpack 1.2

adds a bunch of engines and trans now with Forn Diesels

    Next update, maybe add a diesel specific transmissions and fix the diesel sounds, to sound like the in game diesels? And a throttle based torque converter for the diesel transmission so it doesnt aggressively lock into 3rd at any speed
