This mod adds accurate license plates of Switzerland and Liechtenstein to the game, including the IRL fonts, sizes and random text generators.

IMPORTANT!!!
This mod requires the following mod for the smaller front plates:

However, this mod is currently incompatible with this mod:
https://www.beamng.com/resources/scandinavian-license-plate-pack.30531/
If you want to use Swiss/Liechtenstein plates, please deactivate that mod first. I am aware of the issue and working on a fix.
The different types included, how to use them and what they're for:
1. Regular plates
Used for regular vehicles. The format for Swiss plates is XX.1(23456), the format for Liechtenstein plates is FL 1234(5). The canton symbols for Swiss plates will generate dynamically based on the regional code you have entered, if you enter a non-existent code the Swiss coat of arms will appear instead.
2. Dealer plates
Used by dealerships and garages. The format for Swiss plates is XX.1(2345).U, the format for Liechtenstein plates is FL 123.U.
3. Temporary plates (paid duty)
Used temporarily, end of validity is indicated by the red sticker. The format for Swiss plates is XX.1(23456)/month, the format for Liechtenstein plates is 12345/month.
4. Temporary plates (unpaid duty)
Used temporarily, end of validity is indicated by the red sticker. The format for Swiss plates is XX.1(2345)/month/Z, the format for Liechtenstein plates is XX.123/month/Z
5. Other vehicle types
These plates are used for their corresponding vehicle types (Agricultural plates for agriculturally used vehicles, etc.). Their format is pretty much the same as regular plates but their background is different.
6. Diplomatic plates
Used for diplomats, only in Switzerland. The prefix AT is used for technical staff, the prefix CC is used for consular corps and the prefix CD is used for corps diplomatique. The format is YY XX 1(23).4(56). The last numbers are the country/international organization codes. Not that only one block can have three numbers and three digit rank numbers are only used in the canton of Vaud (VD).
7. Military plates
Used by the Swiss military. The format is M.12345. Trailers use six numbers starting with 2.
8. Short-Term temporary plates
Only valid for up to four days. While these exist in Switzerland too, they're the same format as regular plates and because they're only different from regular plates in Liechtenstein, they're only included for Liechtenstein in this mod. The format is FL 12345, but the numbers always start with 5.

You need to install the Norwegian mod linked in the description and then select "Front 30x8.5cm License Plate" in the parts selector. It works on most vehicles, but not all mods are supported

Little fun story from when I was like 3 or 4 btw: I saw a Swiss car parked in our village and I asked my mom where it was from and she replied with: "Oh you know that, it's a neighbouring country of Germany" but since I didn't know anything about geography at that time, I just assumed the car was from China because of the "CH" sticker. It was only when I was 6 that I realized that China was not a neighbouring country of Germany and that the CH meant Helvetic Confederation
