   It's alright. I feel like you could do some more work with the roads.. Maybe put some rocks beside the roads and add some white lines on the roads. Maybe add some buildings like a village or even a farm

   - Terrain is streched on both sides on some roads. I recommend you make a short tunnel for it.
   - Turns is not smooth enough. I recommend you smoothen out the turns. Or, smoothen out the terrain.
   - Add some camp and house props.
   - Add signs on the pier.
   - Add intersections.
   - Add lines on roads.

   Not a bad map but a general lack of details, the roads are too rough to be driven on comfortably and it need better textures. I'm sure it can be improved, it has great potential.

   vegetation lacks a lot
   add more details to the area like trees and the roads literally impale your car in certain spots

   I've nver seen a more unfinished map on the repo.
   It is literally the template map, with some mesh roads inserted in jagged terrain and basically nothing else.
   While the idea that the island was owned privately before explains the lack of structures, it does not explain why there is little to no vegetation on this map. The custom road signs are a pretty interesting idea however.
   
   You can very easily make a fully fleshed out map from this.

    It's a starting point for a really good map but unfortunately the scenery is rather lacking and the terrain is jagged in some places. Maybe some polish and some extra scenery would make this map truly complete but for the moment it is sadly pretty average. (Review to be updated if improvements are made.)
