This is the Bear Claw, made by Big Engines in Cars, Co.(The same company that brought you the powavan)

This is a bad guy car. This is from 2019. Bad guy cars in 2019 spin their tires... a lot. "this is a challenging vehicle to drive" would be a severe understatement. This has a 7 speed manual transmission, and a (theoretical) top speed of over 300MPH, but as all bad guy cars show, it doesn't. It just does burnouts at 150MPH. It has too much power for its low gears, and not enough for 7th. It's perfect.

Oh, by the way, according to Automation this car costs 7.6 million dollars, so only the richest bad guys ever get to sit in the luxurious hand made seats and listen to bad guy music on the 32 speaker full surround stereo system with 4 separate sub-woofers.
