Changes made in v0.3:

-Added short trunk clean.
-Added chrome stock front bumper.
-Made the intakes on the GRS superchargers higher for the normal body.
-Added short wide body.
-Added Jet fighter skin made by Marcus.
-Added 489_Bomber config with the preview picture and skin Marcus made.
-Added 489_Shorty config with my test preview picture wich finally works right and skin by Marcus.
-Added new 6k rust texture Marcus made for the Rust_Devil along with the preview pic.
-Added Rusted steering wheel and removed all unnecessary parts from the Rust parts like licenceplates,doorpanels,glass,etc.
-Added Rusted pedals,not clutch.
-Changed the Rust_Devil config and added the Crusty_Demon config.
-Added the 2 skins Marcus sent me on request(awesome work buddy;-)) and made 2 configs,
the Flamer_Custom_Rod and the Warboy_Flamer and the preview pics Marcus made.
-Added Police_Persuit_Vehicle it's a short version of the police with Venom engine.
