house and tree textures are missing

I downloaded the map, but it won't appear in my map selector. Any suggestions to fix this?

overall a good map. only disappointing thing is that some paths are rather easy to pass. even with a normal road going car. if any updates would happen i would like to see old muddy and bumpy roads to really test regular vehicles. maybe some sunken roads or paths from a previous vehicle? overall good map and would like to see further development of such maps

only gave this rating as it wont load properly, everything on my end is up to date and i even cleared catch and made it the only mod and still it wont work, not what i see in pictures so im guessing there is a glitch
