Really Cool.

Tip for people with fps problem: Press F11 after you loaded the map. In scene to top right type "forest". Delete "forest1" to "forest5". Then go to top left menu and select "file" and "save".

This keeps the forest, and fixes the low fps issue. I went from 15fps tosteady 60fps.

I am so glad someone finally *remade* the port map. Thank you very much! The port map was actually one of the least used maps in my 230+hrs of playing Beamng.drive. Now I am certain I will be using this remade version of this sucker more. Again, THANK YOU for your good effort and good work. I really appreciate your work. Now, this is true remade fun!

I seriously have to thank you for this. Ever since I first started playing BeamNG, I have always wondered when it would have a little town so that I could have some more fun on that map, and you've given this thread a brilliant little town AND some amazing dirt roads to drive on...this may not seem like much to a lot of people, but it is a dream come true to me. Mind if I name the town Gravelton? That's what I've come to calling the town that I imagine is near the Port and Industrial (which are both in Texas, by the way, if you're wondering what default plate you should add), and the town really fits the name Gravelton and what I imagined something like this to look like before this mod was released. I'm giving it a solid 9/10; could use a little improvement here and there, but it's an excellent addition to an otherwise-dull map.

I like this remaked.

A couple of suggestions:
Maybe switch out the brick pavement/footwalk for something more realistic
Try and get some parts of the road smoother

Still lots of polishing to do, but hey, a nice remake.
Also, in the title it's "Remade" not Remake.

I was going to do something like this, but I dropped the idea. I am glad someone did it!

It still does need some work, with the roads, AI paths, weird spiky mountains, etc, but overall it is a nice map.
