Give the Cherrier Tograc the hardware for your next trail run.
TOFF adds **18 individually selectable parts**, letting you build anything from a
lightly lifted daily driver to a trail-focused AWD machine. Choose your suspension,
gearing, protection and reinforcement in the Parts menu, then tune the setup to suit
your tyres and terrain.
**This is a parts pack.** It does not add a vehicle configuration or a new vehicle
tile. Spawn a Tograc and search for **TOFF** in Vehicle Configuration > Parts.
## What's included
- **Lifted suspension:** extended-travel front and rear assemblies, lifted front
coilovers, rear springs and trail dampers. Adjust spring rates, lift trim and
damping, with a separate front extension-limit setting.
- **Raised induction snorkel:** a visible snorkel with body-mounted brackets and a
functional raised water-intake node.
- **Trail drivetrain:** a six-speed manual gearbox, heavy flywheel and clutch,
and a dual-range AWD transfer case with 3:1 low range, adjustable from 2:1 to 4:1.
- **Selectable differential locks:** front and rear trail LSD/lockers, plus an
LSD/lockable center differential in the transfer case.
- **Steel protection:** high-clearance front and rear bumpers, a heavy-duty front
bash plate and an optional full-width tubular bull bar with headlight wings.
- **Reinforced hardware:** heavy-duty front and rear halfshafts and stronger
steering links. The parts retain finite damage limits and can still break.
## Getting started
1. Install through the BeamNG repository, or place `tograc_offroad_parts.zip` in
your BeamNG **user folder's** `mods` folder without extracting it.
2. Spawn a combustion-engine Tograc, open **Vehicle Configuration > Parts**, and
search **TOFF**. Select the upgrades you want.
3. Fit both extended-travel suspension assemblies with the matching TOFF springs
and dampers for the lifted setup. Existing child-part choices may need to be
changed manually.
4. For AWD, also fit the rear differential, rear driveshaft and both sets of
halfshafts. **Match the front and rear final-drive ratios.**
5. Find the bull bar under **TOFF High Clearance Steel Front Bumper > Bull Bar**.
The snorkel uses **Additional Modification**.
Use the normal powertrain controls for low range and differential locks. Stop and
select neutral before changing range. Start with moderate lift and check steering,
tyre clearance and suspension travel before increasing it. Save your own build
when you're happy with the setup.
## Compatibility and setup notes
Built against **BeamNG.drive 0.39.4** and the stock combustion-engine Tograc.
No additional mods are required. This is not an electric Tograc drivetrain pack.
- Wheels and tyres shown in screenshots are not included. Use compatible factory
wheels/tyres or your own setup.
- Saved tuning values override part defaults. Start around **+0.040 m lift trim**
front and rear, then adjust for your engine, wheels and load. The full trim range
is -0.020 to +0.100 m around the raised spring setting; trim is not a direct
measurement of body lift or ground clearance.
- Extreme lift changes alignment and driveline angles. Check for tyre rub and
suspension top-out. Keep the center differential in LSD mode on tarmac.
- The snorkel raises the intake; it does not make the vehicle waterproof or stop
it floating. Recovery eyes are decorative; no winch or towing controls are added.
- Other mods replacing the same vehicle parts may conflict. Compatibility with
every engine, tyre combination or future game update is not guaranteed.
## Version 1.5
Rebalanced the bull bar's collision-strip mass and beam settings to address
physics vibration, with firmer main hoops and stronger chassis mounts. Retains
the upper/lower bracing, fitted bumper contours and corrected plate positions.
