In the 60's, Tungsten bay was used as a... tungsten mine (thans captain obvious). A harbour was built and some housing for the workers. Twenty years after, the mine became useless, and everybody left. Everything became abandoned and forgoten. Ten years later, a crazy (and rich) man decided to buy everything and build a race-track here. He rehabilited the worker buildings into hotel rooms, built some pits and stands, and layed down a track, in hope to be feathured in the F1 calendar. Everything became ready in 2017 but the FIA decided that his curcuit wasn't fast enough. He then modified it.Map of the track :
