This is a known issue I have run into. It seems really hard to smooth it at as adding in a new node to the track makes the track default to a massive loop which is not ideal. I am working on the problem at, hopefully, it should be done within the next few days of so - no promises though :)

Maybe I will. What bugs did you notice? I am interested to see which ones you came across. I know about the tire marks sometimes glitching out and sometimes the lips can burst tires but am not aware of any others currently.
