Beta V12 Scintilla 0.601

So rad, but needs a model. Maybe use this one? The mod author modeled an awesome V12 and then let the mod die without a simple update.

I'd love to see a V12 engine model to go with it eventually, it'll really complete the mod. Keep up the good work!

Engine sounds good, makes plenty of power (though 900+hp NA is a bit too much for a 5L imo) and definitely makes the GT3 mod more fun...

but holy moly the power/torque curve is bad (as of alpha 0.5). It's gotta be smoothed out to make drivability better
