Experimental Variable Grip Tires on lua 1.0

Very cool mod! Question: Would it be possible to make a similar thing that creates asymmetrical variants of all wheels, tires and hubcaps, as well as automatic support for them for all vehicles? (For each car you would have to create asymmetrical versions of wheel hubs, or whole suspensions if there are no selectable hubs, and also separate spindles for left and right wheels based on the default ones.) I wanted to make a mod like that but it's way too much work to do it manually, so a LUA solution like this would be better.
