As a longtime Vermont resident, I absolutely approve of this. I'm fond of what the VSP does, and having this to roleplay certain events that I can recall is nice, since doing it with Belasco City cars just didn't look good enough.

That said, I'm extremely confused as to your notion of 'very little material.' Department-wise, there are many separate divisions for towns, counties, etc. So, I have to ask, what does 'very little material' mean in this sense?
