Unsupported Vodkech 1.0

I like some cars from USSR/Russia, and i decided to make GTA 3 Styled Parody of ZAZ 368 and VAZ/Lada 2103

Vodkech - is Russian compact coupe with loud boxer engine in back, The Russian versions of this car are very different, if we need normal traffic speed, for that we need to play USSR anthem, and then press the gas pedal, the version you will get, are without this feature. But all versions including free Vodka! (but not for you, because we don't need drunk drivers)
