Beta VTEC for Ibishu Covet 1.2

now add sohc cuz im sad

Kicks so hard it's unrealistic... lower the torque number a bit, so that it's less snappy but it's still noticeable. Also, the peak torque should be at it's kick point (like the real thing) 5000rpm is the sweet spot for better jbeam tuning.
Also, my RX-7's quicker than that rice bucket CRX :P

Just for You to know, I have driven EK4 Civic VI and VTec is kicking around 4900RPM

Now we just need a tacho that goes crazy when VTEC Hits

Also VTEC kicks In closer to 4500 rpm
