Hi everyone.
I've been on quite a long hiatus of not making skins, but after the 0.9 update I want to get back into it! Because the update added a roof rack to the H15, I felt a utility skin (no, not that H45 one I did a while back) was in order. It's the Water and Power utility livery. Drive it around, repair wires, repair pipes, or throw it off a cliff into a lake and feel the irony of the "water" part of it's name.
