Weight Reduction Kits 1.9

- Optimized file structure.
- Added prices. Not noticeable unless you play something like BLR.
- Added stage 8 weight reduction for the universal version of the mod. Readjusted values overall.
- Readjusted values for the Burnside.
- Rebalanced chassis reinforcements. Reinforced vehicles should now be better at taking multiple smaller hits but are still susceptible to heavy impacts.
- Renamed some names.
