Unsupported Wendover F1-ish V10 1.0

This mod adds a high-power, high-revving (12000 rpm!) V10 for the Soliad Wendover, as well as a race config with the engine.
It's very fun, but try not to crash. Also, some components give a LOT of power, but the config included has it balanced, so it's not too OP.

There isn't really anything to take photos of, it's just a Wendover with a slightly longer engine, but here's one of it reaching the promised 12000 RPM!
