Wigeon Lightbar and Siren mod ! 1.0

This mod add a lightbar and multiple emergency services skin to the Wigeon !

    Wigeon now get it's emergency package to be used in any intervention!

    This mod adds several emergency service skins as well as a roof lightbar and a traffic advisor at the rear!
