I dont know what is the fastest car made in automation but here is mine :
A 4WD 7-Speed Sequential 2923 Hp V10 (couldn't get more) with a max speed of 543 Km/h.
I can only advise you to use it on a straight line but its still usable under 3rd or 4th gear (go higher and you will lose grip and kiss a wall).
