a supporter wrote me today that on all of the support pc's the problem appears. I check back this post and see 3 people saying the bug still exists..
the mod doesn't has any sound file in it. only uses normal sounds from the game per .jbeam file. That can't be the problem but thanks for the help.

i found in the info file something that is wrote outdated, changed that now and uploaded it, maybe it works now...

You can also Change the inerta now With the ecu, that Way you can Change the HP too
it can be that you needed to change it because i changed the "main" engineblock with the 2.7. just change it back and everything is okey :)
