We tease content that can potentially be in game, everything is WIP & not final, we did not promise it would release.
it's a known issue, no current fix atm, thank you for letting us know.
Shift + C to free cam and F7 or F8 to spawn the car where the camera is.
The missing defalting sound is a known issue.
