I know this is a late comment but i believe its because the April update added engine mounts to all engines. This mod needs to be updated for that...
Having the same issue with the fuel as before. I tried deleting those files you said to delete to remove that refill system but no luck the files...
Having the same issue described by Reddz. Engine is off when t series is spawned, the tach reads to 8k rpm, and none of the vehicle controls...
