I will try and see what might be causing that. It may only affect MTFairgrounds if youre subscribed to the updates. Try just using the standalone...

Not sure, I dont have that stadium. It's possible theres an issue with the files in the actual download. Message the author
Make sure you completely remove the old one from your mods folder, re download and put the new one in the mods folder. Should fix the issue
