Did you copy ALL the files from the documents/beamng/levels/yourlevel into your .zip file?
Check if some kind of software that: Most likely some sort of virus scanner.

Redownload the mod OR it's outdated. @Occam's Razer may know more about your problem. (Cause he's the author of the mod.)
You'll have to bind the buttons and pedals manually. You should check out this (how to manual bind the buttons etc. and more important stuff)....
