If you haven't changed the BeamNG.drive user folder location, then the cache and mods are still stored on the same drive your Documents folder is on.
If these folders exist, delete them: Documents > BeamNG.drive > levels > derby Documents > BeamNG.drive > cache.0.17.0.0 > levels > derby
