Some of the tires on the vehicles won't spawn at all and it just makes the vehicles go on their bare rims. I can't say which vehicles (or skins)...

Found out why it was missing. The author uses one of Kemro's light bar mods https://www.beamng.com/members/kemro.405879/ (here's his profile)
Las Vegas cruiser is missing its lightbar. Updated my mod list yesterday and today to make sure there wasnt a very recent update.
Addons missing the engine UI entirely. Swat, prisoner, and the main base of it are all missing the engine.
