Yeah, rear steering prolly is pretty hard to implement (jbeam moment). The DT45 from wentward pack has rear steering, so maybe you could reference...

but then again, where did you put the file? In the mods folder right? --- Post updated --- in the launcher, go to the support tools or whatever...
try clearing cache etc. this never happened to me. Ig it could also be another mod
