It's definitely an overhaul. The entire Interior and chassis got remade, just the outside hadn't been revealed completely

To me the teaser seems to be a metaphor like making way for the new remastered 200BX, update might be on the horizon though.
The lack of teasers tell me the final teaser might be next Tuesday, and then the Update drops like a few days later
