I get even lower, but I've noticed that if I look away from the car - the fps is totally fine! And in my case it started lagging after 0.30...
OK, I've olved this. It was a building, I don't know how to delete this thread.
I have used mesh roads, but they're not the cause as I've already found the building. I don't know why it didn't work at first.
OK, I found the building that caused it, but when I removed it at first and rebuilt collision it didn't work. Now it's fine, thanks for help.
