Even with dynamic reflections off, i still get low fps with alot of cars in beammp, i still have like 500mb of vram left, cpu isnt...

I havent isntalled any antivirus, i use the standard windows antivirus. The game is ran in vulkan, but i get the same result in DirectX too.
