so you all know what the livery creator is. and when i make a livery and save it, when i spawn it, the livery is labeled as "[!] dynamic textures"...

so i dont have the mods folder and all i can install is car mods and i cant download mods like the brake glow mod, the better windshields and more...
where do i put the mod in? also i dont have a mods folder
