the ocean looks like this with lowest settings (also it flickers the tracks and tire marks, forgot to mention that)
i don't think the settings break it, because on the lowest, the track problem is gone but then the ocean is pixelated. and on highest literally...
the main issue is the pixelated tram tracks and tire marks, it's kind of hard to see in that picture but when you're just driving around the map...
