I don't think we should be commenting on this thread. From what I can see this mod is most likely dead or the bloke that originally uploaded this pretty good mod is trying to work on an update and we should therefore leave him in peace. I'm just as desperate to see progress but I think at this stage there won't be progress or even possibly ever.
The author hasnt been on in a while so perhaps they are taking a break. But truth be told this mod is already rather excellent.
Happy to see you guys still enjoing this mod. Like @Kcool_Turbo said - I'm taking a break. Many other projects have priority at the moment, but no the mod is not dead. There is a rusty and a stock version coming in the future. I had some difficulties getting the skin system to work properly. And as I already said, this is my first mod and every new feature is a huge task for me which some of you probably could complete within a few hours. Help especially with scripting is highly appreciated! Thanks.
Probably just you. Having chrome turn black is a known bug, it's caused by having graphics settings really low
