I was doing some vertical drop tests comparing the bump stops to the suspension without, and noticed the D15 Off-Road has its suspension invert and some of its visual elements glitch out.
D-Series "Lifted" Configuration
The DRLs on the Tograc are working as they do IRL, seems only the Cherrier's main DRLs aren't turning off. I've used the manual Tograc 150dQ
1. in all vehicles, when you flip or rollover the car, the camera keep swinging and the physics could be real life
2. could have like that, when you drag a vehicle in wall or in floor it gets scratched and when you sets fire or explodes it gets burnt and on fire
I constantly get this when i play online only.
Is this a well know issue?
I have no other things connected to my PC than my G27.
That's not an issue, but you can 'fix' it by removing the keyboard arrow bindings.
Something is wrong with mod manager's packer. Unpacked maps will lose forest's draw distance (copies of JRI, ETK Center, Hirochi Raceway, Pikes Peak) or turn unloadable when packed in-game (American Road). Zipping maps in Windows works fine. Ghost forest of in-game packed JRI copy:

Not exactly sure if it's intended or not (most likely not though...), but hitting Cones in the Nimble Pessima doesn't fail the scenario, neither wrecking the vehicle.
Wrecking the vehicle also doesn't fail the scenario in:
- Supply Delivery
- Crawl scenarios
- Electric Hypermiling
- Tasti-Cola Delivery
- Pizza Delivery
- Autobello Piccolina showcase
- Spillway Climb
- Dam Jump
- Asphalt Derby Race
- Tanker Delivery
- Pessima Introduction
- Heavy machinery Delivery
- East Coast Jump Course
- Big Air Vanster (Also, instant overtorque engine blow on start, pls fix)
and probably many others I just didn't have time to test.
Another small update was issued today.
The end of these rails in Utah eats wheels and car parts. Probably backface comedy.
i know how to fix the east coast and west coast map break, simply go into documents>beamngdrive>levels, then delete west coast folder, then do the same with east coast
Covet's Brake Don't Work.
In Safe mods, Brakes Work. I don't know What Mod Caused to Break Covet's Brake. How Can I Found what mod Caused to break Covet's Brake?
Got the same. It was caused by Gavril Mione mod. Apparently, this mod also adds some configs for Covet. Because the 0.21 broke these configs, so they delete the brakes.
Also, try to ask this kind of question in a different thread in the future

is it just me or should the baguette's wing produce downforce, not upforce?

it does. Thats called stall angle. The wing stalled. Also, its extremely hard to drive without the wing.
It's actually creating surprisingly high amounts of downforce that you would not expect from it being for rally purposes, it really makes extreme driving a lot easier, on a straight surface as well. What you showed happens for all wings in the game and it's perfectly normal.
