0.21 Discussion thread | Use Safe Mode before reporting

Amazing work as always! So far I found this:



Same for both windows and same in safe mode.

 

I made some photo's of how the view is when sitting in the game seat:
notice how 2 of the 3 screens turn dark at a certain point of view. also when camera mode is in car, I can't adjust the FOV anymore.

my specs:
3x 27" 1080p screens, 75 hz LG. so the total window is 5760x1080. running a Vega64 OC videocard. running the games in eyefinity group, to create 1 window. If I set the window setting in Beamng to 1920x1080, I get 3 times the same screen.

I want to share my issues: When I turn on AI on the maps, I have very bad fps. Before the update, for example on Utah I had 40-45 fps with traffic (for example a truck for player, 2 polices, 1 traffic car). Now I have less, 30-38. My main issue is that before on JRI I had a good fps (40-45) with AI on, now I have 20-25. MY pc didnt change, I deleted the old (0.20) chace, and I dont using mods. (same issue with WCUSA)

 

Hi devs, great update! however, i have small suggestion for the new DCT:

The updated DCT Transmission is now way smoother for slow driving, however first gear still take too long to shift to second (it won't shift until around 3200-3500 rpm in low throttle application). If it can be reduced to around 1500-1750 rpm like in real DCT car it would be awesome!

 

Not gonna lie, the half shafts on the Covet are really weak.

 

So far, so good. I like! The only problem I've noticed is the weird color/texture around grass, mostly the borders next to streets and sidewalks? I do have one question regarding the new drivemodes for the ETK cars. What is the difference between "sport" and "TTsport" modes?

EDIT: Never mind the weird grass color. Seems to be a mod problem. The built in maps seem fine.

 

It is only a problem of mine pc that the ABS on the bx200 don't work even when enabled?

Yeah, it keeps resetting when using buttons. You need to change it from camera options

 

But old skins ( in my opinion) i better

 

Whenever i try to spawn in cars my game closes, and i get this error message, BeamNG.drive 0.21.0.0 0x00000001... Is anybody familiar with this problem?
