0.34v WC Usa Problem

Hello , my name is Dan , and i consider myself a very big BeamNG fan having around 4000-5000k hours in this game finding it the as my favorite game , playing this it almost every day since 2018
I came across many errors and every time i solved it. But since 0.34v of BeamNG i came across an error ONLY ON WEST COAST USA!!! (STATUS_STACK_BUFFER_OVERRUN)

I tried every damn thing:
-Cleared cache deep clear
-Updated the Windows
-Updated an reinstalled the Gpu Driver (Amd)
-I played The game in safe mode
-I deleted all my mods
- I deletes the beamng directory(mods folder , levels , vehicles , all of them)
-I've tried to send a ticket to the devs , all the things they said i tried , and still nothing...

And finally i tried to reinstall the game...
The first time entering the game with the Vulkan Launcher ( as always) it worked
No missing textures , not a single problem.
The second time i entered the WC Usa the same error pops up right after the forrest is loading.
If i launch the game normal ( Not with Vulkan Launcher) It works just fine every time.
Only on my fav map in the game The West Coast Usa this error shows
I searched the internet all over and tried to do many things but nothing

Someone has to have the same problem as me , at least one person , so please help me with this problem!
