0.37.6.0 is broken

    when saving a mod and trying to pack it I get the error "not found" even tho it is there. This is because if I use capital letters for the name of the mod when saving it will not find it when trying to pack it.
    Also, when I try to select a decal livery layer while in the world editor (livery creator) all the panels become transparent and I can't click on anything
